We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated manager to live our values and make a real difference for our students (our members). You will be responsible for managing our membership services, namely societies, volunteering, Student Networks, academic representation, advice and support, democracy, and governance. You will manage a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring we provide relevant and inclusive services that celebrate diversity, represent and develop our members, and maximise the student experience at Worcester.

You will be a member of the Union’s Senior Management Team, key to driving organisational plans and a culture of continuous reflection and innovation. You will also play a vital role in supporting and encouraging the annually elected student Officers to succeed and make the most of their time in office. This is a great time to join the Union as we work to develop our new strategic plan for 2023 and beyond.
