Salary: £44,044 - £49,836 (including London Weighting)

Location: A hybrid mix of homeworking and at least 2 days per week in Stratford or Cardiff office

Hours: 35 Hours a week but job-share applicants are welcome.

Mind is at an exciting time of increasing our use of digital technology to expand the reach and impact of our work; and to do this being led by user need and designing with user participation. As part of this, we are working in partnership with BAME Recruitment to recruit for a new role of Digital Insight Manager.

About the role

As Digital Insight Manager, you will play a crucial role as we establish a more insight led and evidence-based approach to our activities. Through our own data sources, you will be able to bring the ‘voice of the customer’ into our decision making. You will also use external sources to help us identify trends and changing user behaviours and expectations. You will work with agencies to include end users in the development and evaluation of our digital technologies.

About You

We would like to hear from you if you have the following:

• Organisation and agile project management experience
• Technical experience of digital development
• Experience of successfully managing a portfolio of digital delivery projects
• Project budget management experience
• Experience of successfully managing a portfolio of digital delivery projects
• Experience of managing digital technology partners/suppliers
